Residential Service & Repair Plumbers must have the ability to:

Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately
Perform plumbing service to our customers with best practices, above & beyond minimum requirements
Maintain a clean working area on every job
Effectively communicate with customers
Document all work performed
Be available to work nights & weekends for on-call rotation
Maintain proper stock, tools & safety equipment in company vehicle
Maintain a clean service vehicle, inside & out
Call Blue Stake before digging
Communicate with dispatch, and work well with peers
Promote other services offered by the company

Ideal candidates must have:

A MINIMUM of 2 YEARS residential emergency service & repair (experience diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)

HVAC FIELD SERVICE MANAGER CURRENT JOB VACANCY DECEMBER 2020

Air Care Cooling and Heating is looking to hire a HVAC Field Service Manager that is responsible for overseeing our technical team which includes technical support, technical training, customer service support for technicians in the field, and quality control checks on unit installs and part replacements. The Field Service Manager will also run sales calls, provide estimates, and take service calls.

Key Tasks and Qualifications

You must have 5+ years of relevant demand service experience in the HVAC industry.
Provide honest, high-quality customer experiences to earn customer referrals and promote future growth.
Oversee your team, looking for training opportunities and ways to help them improve.
Hold weekly Service Dept meetings to teach and inspire, address concerns and celebrate successes from the previous week.
Plan for seasonal fluctuations by constantly promoting maintenance agreements and ensuring they are offered to all customers.
Respond to customer questions and concerns in an empathetic manner.
Review all Service invoices daily to ensure quality of service and that all procedures are followed.
Do regular ride-along’s with the technicians. Handle difficult situations or customer service issues.
Assist leadership with policy creation, pricing, inventory, and other areas as needed to keep the department running smoothly.
