My technician today was Ken from Gilbert. He arrived right on time and got right to it!! He was able to show me what our A/C unit needed by showing me the test results. Adrian was a very personable man. He explained things very well as he told me about the air cleaner he installed inside furnace., also showing me a video on his phone. The job didn’t take as long as he thought. It was a very smooth process apparently.
